Purchase the “Helping Kids Speak” Masonic License Plate
Fifty percent of the proceeds from the sale  of license plates go directly to the RiteCare of Washington programs. To apply for yours:
- Complete a Special License Plate Application
- Contact your local vehicle licensing office to determine the exact cost of your plates.
- Take the completed application plus all appropriate fees to a vehicle licensing office or:
